1. Commissions
The Agent commission is 20% from the selling rate (without taxes & services) if :
a) The Agent is responsible for airport transfers and villa transfers (i.e. picking up the guest upon arrival from the airport, or any other location, and also dropping the guest at the airport upon departure).
b) The agent is responsible for handling the guest from arrival to departure, such as greetings upon check-in and check-out, handling guests’ requests during their stay and handling guest complaints if needed.
The Agent commission is 15% from the selling rate (without taxes & services) if :
The Agent does not fulfill either a) or b)
2. Agents responsability
– The Agent is only allowed to market the Villas in its owned websites and not allowed to market the Villas in any other Travel Agents website.
– Agents must not offer lower or higher rates than the official Bali Icon Property published rates. Any agent violating this commitment will be subject to termination of representation rights.
– Bali Icon Property is free to offer special rates, discounts, offers without advise the Agent. To the extent the Agent wants to benefit from the same promotions, then the Agent must request before.
– In case there is a cancellation for confirmed bookings or refunding to the guests in particular condition, the Agent should refund the proportional commission to guest.
3. Booking procedure
– The Agent sends an inquiry or confirmed booking in writing by email to : info@bali-icon-property.com
– It is been advised to check for availability prior to a confirmed booking. Agent can only offer the villa to the customer after receiving a confirmation from Bali Icon Property that the villa has been put on « hold » and the booking must be confirmed within the time limit specified.
– We will hold the villa for maximum 2 days. If after 2 days we do not receive any written update or booking confirmation, we will release automatically without prior notice. If in the 2 days limit we receive another inquiry conflicting to your period, we will then notify you and require a soonest confirmation.
– For last minute bookings (within 10 days prior to check-in) we will not hold the calendar. Last minute bookings are handled in first come/first payment basis.
4. Confirmation
– A booking from Agent will be treated as a confirmed booking when the Agent settled off the required 50% deposits payment or full payment required in case that Guest make the booking in cut-off date payment time frame which is 30 days before arrival.
– The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
– Last minute bookings have to be paid 100%.
