The property is discreetly tucked away in the traditional Balinese village of Pejeng and just a 10mn drive from Ubud center. It is a great way to experience true Bali life with all the comfort and modern features these villas have to offer.

The private resort is composed of 3 traditional villas:
– Garden villa,
– Cliff villa (2 bedrooms)
– Limasan Suite

The tropical lush gardens with high trees creates individual privacy for each villa. The villas can be rented individually or as a combination of 2 or 3 villas according to the requirements of our guests. The villas are positioned on top of a river bank with direct access to the river available. Each villa offers 1 over-sized tastefully appointed bedroom.

The limasan suite has a none air-conditioning annex with 2 single beds, a generous river stone bath and shower plus a large terrace overlooking the valley of Pejeng. The Garden Villa boasts an uninterrupted view of the properties tropical gardens.

Breakfast is included at standard price only. For promotional rates, the optional breakfast will be charged 7 USD/pax.

-Return airport transfer (1 time airport pick up & drop at the airport) – 1 Airport transfer is complementary for bookings of 7 nights or more, at standard rate. Extra transfers are charged.
-For bookings of less than 7 nights or on a promotion rate, each airport transfer will be charged
-A shuttle service is available daily to Ubud : 6 USD one way (max 4 people)
-Welcome drink, fresh flower & fresh towel upon arrival
-Complimentary mineral drinking water for duration of stay
